As a stereoptic case model outcome of an author who had to shape her understanding of (augmented) reality both at the crossroads of French and German national cultures, and within intertwined systems of American and European laws, my incubation formula firstly forces to draw a distinction between an author and his·her work, in compliance with the European intellectual property law, so as to enable the first - as the legitimate owner - to reserve all rights upon the last. This is sufficient reason to exclude all social network platforms rooted in American law, which, by default of falsely free access, handle the user as a product to be marketed.

Considering further that the soci(et)al utility of this formula lies in the underlying conceptual network thereto, without which a very well needed universal spectroscopy of world resources could not be enabled to aggregate itself into the ultimate knowledge base for legitimate decision-making, it is my "New Generation Web Foundation" which will organize the secured network access to this "conceptual Holy Grail", by deploying the framework through which the end-user capitalization licenses conditioning the use of the matrix formula will be sold, whereby the servicing entity will be operated as a web-sustained master franchising system, so as to enable franchised members to produce the self-salaried funding effect to which they are entitled in recognition of their moral right to sustain a living form their productions.

With individual membership fees flowing into the constitution of the operational (and) deployment fund(s) of this incubation service conceived so as to provide access to the solution to all possible problems (funding issues included), the reciprocity principle characteristic of an organizational culture of collaborative intelligence will be provided for in the form of a cognitive model of economics dedicated to the secured (master franchised) transmission of conceptual know-how pertaining to everything that has been confirmed as conceptually legitimate.

Unlike such nebulas of incubation malpractice which keep fueling an oppressive dynamic of judicial repression, NetPlusUltra® designates an anti-sectarian system entirely dedicated to prevention, in which everything is configured towards the conceptual application of the precautionary principle, so as to make sure that all decisions - whether individual or collective - are taken on the grounds of a proof of concept or exception confirming the rule. Which also means that presumption of innocence is more than mere lip service inside the network.

The legal validation of this conceptual approach shall be performed under real-life conditions, by individually subscribing to the incubation service through my contractual feedback (1) or affiliation forms (2) as regards the demo version thereof, which provide for the traceability of communications between all parties to the franchising agreement as from the original point and time of entry into the integration process, whereby the underlying framework of access is conceived towards authenticability of the subscriber’s identity. In line with this, the present article is intended for independent professionals (3) self-employed in the areas of law, defense and security, who wish to participate in the validation of the system’s legal compliancy, which will simultaneously provide them with the opportunity to redeploy their own network experience by the formula.

Self-integration of the subscriber into the franchising system is confirmed completed upon effective payment of the yearly membership fee, which - as you already know - will be enabled right upon admission into the system’s dedicated Externet+Ultra®-sustained multi-OS network. Whereby the conceptual integration of all building blocks into the ultimate NetPlusUltra®-sustained master franchising system pertains to the underlying process of permanent auditing, which does not impede upon the personal configuration of any member, insofar as franchisees can only accompany change if they enable themselves - at their own pace and level - to provide for the continuity of the incubation service that protects them.

Finally, taking into account that my availability as a master franchisor translates into a matrix of four time frames (see slide n°1/6 [4]) dedicated to the optimization of my systemic franchise administration dashboard, i.e. to the conceptual integration of my own user experience, the production of contents intended for my (multi-OS-based) Extranet+Ultra® and (native) Intranet+Ultra® workspaces will not (be enabled to) start before the presence of active affiliates in my external forum directory (5) confirms effective reciprocity in sharing and emulation, which can only be provided for through the framework of service levels in development, whose prototype modules are pending legal approval.
